MJ REIT Launches; Real Estate Investment Trust Is Sub-Managed by Rainbow Realty Group and Distributed by Arcview Capital

New Offering Solves Key Investor Challenges of Income, Diversification, and Stability by Tapping into the Emerging Cannabis Industry

New York, NY – August 11, 2022 – MJ REIT, a recently formed Real Estate Investment Trust, has partnered with Rainbow Realty Group and Arcview Capital. Rainbow Realty Group will serve as sub-manager to MJ REIT, responsible for selecting and underwriting investments, while Arcview Capital will serve as the managing broker-dealer, tasked with distributing shares to the investing public and providing sales support.

The US cannabis market, valued at $10.8 billion in 2021, is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 14.9% between 2022 and 2030, according to Grand View Research. The industry is growing with stunning speed — up 33% in jobs since 2021, according to Leafly, making 2022 the fifth year in a row of jobs growth over 27%. But given current Federal regulations, it is difficult for cannabis businesses to secure capital. MJ-REIT will provide the capital necessary for businesses to grow and flourish.

MJ REIT seeks to provide investors solutions to three major investing challenges:

  • Income: Targeting approximately 10% annual distributions, paid in monthly 1099 Income

  • Diversification: Alternative investments like private commercial real estate can be complementary to a traditional stock & bond portfolio
